I agree that Jones is much better shooter, but in terms of sheer toughness and defensive mindedness I somehow think he would have been a great anchor. Ah well, it's all water under the bridge and doesn't matter but I was just having one of those daydreaming moments that strike me from time to time.

Ime was the most over rated player on last years team by far. He does not fit in with the future of the team, so why pay to have him here? He was a Nate favorite because he played safe.

Udoka is seeing playtime in San Antonio and gets some hard assignments by Pop. This should tell you that he is more than a "safe" player.

Ime is playing now because of injuries. He never got off the bench earlier this year. Not sure what he was thinking when he blew the Utah game for them. None-the-less I like Ime, but I like Jones, Webster, and Outlaw a little better at the 3.
