Anyone with video of the Oden workout dunk?
You know, for those of us watching on league pass.
The Knicks announcers couldn't say enough good things about Roy and Aldridge by the way.

Nope. But the dunk was actually very surprising. He had a lot more spring than I expected. Right now, from that short video clip, he jumps better than LMA does right now and Oden is still 7-8 months away from being completely 100% healthy. The guy is a freak.

It wasn't that big of a deal. He was in the background of Rice and Barrett and went up a threw it down one-handed over Maurice Lucas. It was cool to see him dunking again though!!

Seriously, if you missed it you didn't miss anything. It was not spectacular or otherwise impressive, imo. Mike and Mike were seated in front of the camera. Over Mike B's shoulder, you could see GO with the ball, and he just jumped up, more or less from a stand still, and dunked it. My impression was that he went up kind of cautiously, dunked it, and came down kind of gingerly and was very careful about it. Remember, Oden is a huge dude. It's not hard for him to dunk a basketball. And yes, he has hops. I can't wait for him to be fully recovered. Our record might improve 10 wins this year, but will improve another 10 next year.

So then, you see upwards of 52 wins next season? My only real initial concern regarding Oden is whether he'll be able to stay out of foul trouble, or not. I hope Nate uses him judiciously in that regard.

Even if Oden only plays 24 minutes a game due to foul trouble, we'll have Przybilla in there the other 24, effectively eliminating the "small center" defensive troubles we've had all year this year. I definitely see another 5-10 wins just by plugging that hole up. Add in a better PG at some point (maybe more Roy at PG next to an effective, tall SG), we you can tack on another 5 wins on top of that.
