Two rebounds..
Nearly 7-foot, athletic, 7'5" wingspan.....
Tonight LaMarcus managed to pull down two rebounds against Minnesota.
TWO REBOUNDS!

Re: Two rebounds..
It's about time LaMarcus came off of his high horse. The previous six games he was averaging 8.5 rebounds, which is a bit too ambitious in my opinion.

Re: Two rebounds..
We outrebounded the wolves, so maybe LMA got fewer rebounds directly, but created space for others to grab the rebounds.

Re: Two rebounds..
I remember Aldridge tipping at least 2 rebounds during the game and that was towards the end. We won.

Trail Blazers 103, Minnesota 96
Only numbers that matter to me.

Re: Two rebounds..
I don't understand why LMA is the new whipping boy for you guys. What... he's not good enough at age 22 and only his second year in the league? I remember when we drafted him they said he was "raw" and that it would take a little while before he would develop. In his second year he's averaging 17.3 points, 7.4 boards, and 1.4 blocks per game. TERRIBLE! UNFORGIVABLE! And next year he'll be next to Oden, who will be the perfect compliment to his game.

It's just one person over and over who rails on LMA. Sonny.

It seems like it's more than one person. I'm not saying it's the whole forum, but man it's getting old. I think some people aren't happy unless there's a catalyst for their frustrations with the team. For the longest time it was Sheed or Damon, then it was Zach, now it's LMA (or my personal favorite... Jarrett Jack).

Re: Two rebounds..
I heard rumour that LaMarcus ran over Sonny's dog, strangled his cat, and flushed his goldfish down the toilet.

And at that point in time, I'm going to go, 'I want chocolate icing ... no, I want this kind of icing ... no, no, I want this kind of icing.'
And that's when its going to be special. That's when you have a special cake."

Re: Two rebounds..
LMA has been playing some of the best basketball of his career this road trip, particularly in terms of low post offense. Trying to bust his chops for having 2 boards last night is a little silly.
