LaMarcus Aldridge - defensive rebounding
Steve Blake - mid range shooting
Channing Frye - defending low block.
Jarrett Jack - ball handling
James Jones - keep working on 3pt shooting, this is where his worth lies. see if he can be a perennial 50% 3pt shooter
Raef LaFrentz - I have no idea, just keep working on having an expiring contract.
Josh McRoberts - team defense
Darius Miles - cheeseburger eating
Greg Oden - getting healthy
Travis Outlaw - passing. This is a hard one since there are several things that I would like to see him work on that would really help his game. Along with passing, I think he should work on slashing, creating own shot, rebounding and man D.
Joel Przybilla - Just work on being healthy, aside from that, maybe a shot from 5 feet in.
Sergio Rodriguez - Shooting shooting shooting. Get that in order and he stands to become a good PG, fail, and he will be out of the league soon.
Brandon Roy - 3pt shooting. I think if he could get his 3pt shooing up from 34% to around 42%, he would become so much harder to defend. And I think he has that in him.
Von Wafer - team D. I really have not seen enough of him, but his O seems to be pretty good.
Martell Webster - I think this is the hardest one to choose One thing to improve on. But I think I will choose ball handling. This would help him drive and slash, it would give Roy someone to toss to when pressured, and it might even let him play SG behind Roy or on another team, where he would have a lot of other advantages. I could list 20 areas for him to improve, but ball handling I think would have the most positive effect.

LaMarcus Aldridge: Taking people off the dribble. I'd love for him to utilize his athleticism a bit more and pump fake some defenders, then drive to the hoop.
Steve Blake: Driving to the hoop. He has a nice shooting game, but he lacks a bit in his ability to drive and finish.
Channing Frye: Low post offense and defense
Jarrett Jack: I'd like him to work on finding a new house in his new NBA city.
James Jones: Maybe ball handling? He is really a pretty complete player IMO
Josh McBob: developing a nasty streak. If he's going to stay, he needs to get nasty
Darius Miles: Get completely out of shape so there is no way in hell he will play in the next two years
Greg Oden: From what I saw in college and summer league, I'd like to see GO learn what shots to block, and what to let go. That and one or two go to post moves on offense.
Travis Outlaw: Moving his feet on defense. Travis has got to learn how to guard SF's.
Joel Przybilla: Any offense.
Sergio Rodriguez: Shooting and on the ball defense. His defense isn't nearly as bad as some claim it is, but he could be better at on the ball defense. His shooting stroke needs to be tinkered with as well. He needs to put a little bit of loft in his shot. The only other thing might be to kiss Nate's *** more.
Brandon Roy: Work on his agressiveness. Brandon needs to take over more games. His 3 pt shooting could also use some work.
Von Wafer: Doesn't matter, won't be here
Martell Webster: Dribbling, defense, being more aggressive, foot speed
Raef Lefrentz: Nasty streak. I like Raef, and his game. His wheels are gone, but he is smart and knows how to play. I tink the only way he plays any mionutes next season is if there is BIG foul trouble or an injury. He nees to get mean inside I guess.
Nate McMillan: Sticking to the running game from the start of the season. Press, trap, play the passing lanes, and run at every opportunity.
