I hate Canzano as much as the next man, but that looks bloody painful.
I do court transcription for Washington and Multnomah counties, and I've had some Canzano related things come across my desk. I honestly don't know if it's public record or not, so I'm not going to say a word about it other than I lol'd (and he gets paid way too much to write the drivel he does.)

he's the local pot stirrer. His articles are usually smug and negative. He doesn't seem to care much about getting facts right let alone ever learning the basic framework of the salary cap. He's not particularly bound by the truth either... just ask him and he'll tell you as much with his oft repeated "I'm a columnist not a reporter" response when called on inaccuracies.
I'll leave you with a link to the excellent salary cap website of Storyteller who was an old poster we don't see much of these days since he moved to Las Vegas... theres a Canzano link in it for you
