Sounds more like a definition for "Duncanized" to me.
I think "Odenized" would more accurately be defined as having a mirror-reversed imprint of "Spalding" embossed in your mug after Greg has smacked a weak layup attempt into your face.

DaRizzle, I think it's time you come out of the closet and admit that you are a Blazer fan.

Ha! No thanks, Im just fine being born and raised a champion. I will say I enjoy watching POR and their development.
This might sound cocky but...When the Lakers were on their way to their third championship while appreciated I was getting bored watching domination. Seriously. Of course I wanted them to win but I knew it had to end sooner than later and wondered what it would be like then. I wanted a team like POR has right now in the sense that you have quality players but they are a little young right now, they play hard every night, and you really dont know what the future holds except that it COULD be great. The teams with Smush and Kwame is not what I had in mind(lol), and then boom, back to being favorites(arguably) for the championship. I swear to god (pun intended)there is never middle ground when it comes to the Lakers...they are truly a soap opera.
Tell you what...
GO PORTLAND!...until a positive outcome for them gives a negative impact to the Lakers
Thats the best I will ever be able to do...

So you didnt see the word "arguably" in my post? Would "one of the frontrunners" appease your Blazer ego?

I think your one of the very few who could make an argument for it. They'll have to get through the Spurs first and I don't see anyone on that team that can contain Parker. Or Nash for that matter.

We had a dude named Kobe that the other teams are attempting to guard. Please dont talk about how WE dont have anyone to guard Parker or Nash.
As for me making the only argument for the Lakers to have a serious chance...go watch a TV

Kobe won't be scoring 49 points when Bowen's D'ing him up. Kobe and Pau, then the talent level drops off drastically. Manu, Finley and Udoka are more talented then the rest of the guys in the Lakers starting lineup.

Portland has also been quite a soap opera. When I first became a fan in the mid 80's, everything was solid, deep into the playoffs with the Glide leading the pack. But then came all the headlines in. THe collapse (damn you lakers), Ryder, Sheed, Bonzi, Damon (I still laugh that he wrapped his pot in foil and then went through a metal detector), Ruben ...., and then talk of the team leaving, then the rebuild, Roy and Aldridge, things are looking up. Then Oden, holy cow things are looking up. Then no Oden, my world just crumbled. Then the 13 game streak, riding high again.
I am looking forward to watching our team grow.

And I will return with the best I can say of the Lakers. I like Bynum and Gasol. Kobe (I always root against) is very entertaining to watch (But I despise Lamar).
Really, one of the things that I am most looking forward to seeing when the Blazers take the next step is watching what is sure to be some killer series between our franchises. Of course, the Blazers will dominate.
