Here's all of you doubting Thomas' link.
As for a job no one wants.....The Heat play in the leastern conference. They are a team that was obliterated with injuries this season, and have two of the better players in the league on their roster. They also have a real opportunity to score well in the draft. Spoelstra will have zero pressure on him because of the year they had, and will probably do really well and guide them to the playoffs.

At the same time, why were they obliterated with injuries? Because Riley did such a poor job bringing in talent that Wade and Shaq had to try to carry the team every game. Wade was asked to do too much, and carry too heavy of a load, and his body bore the brunt of it. Could they have re signed Jason Kopono? Yep. Could they have kept James Posey? Yep. But nope. They decide to throw Wade out there with a bunch of rookies and get stomped.
Have you ever seen a team go from on the top to on the bottom so fast? Riley will probably put Spoelstra in long enough to try and rebuild the team, and if he manages to do it, fire Spoelstra so he can "coach" them to another championship. Or set him up for the fall guy, like most GM's do when it is their fault the team is on the rocks. Most GM's know they have a 2 coach firing cushion before they themselves will get the axe for poor performance.
