Dear God no! Don't let us drive you to that!

I didn't realize until today that immaturity at the Blazers board goes beyond comprehension
|
If it's beyond comprehension, how can you realize it?
Oh, and PS: we're rubber, you're glue, what bounces off us sticks to you.

And besides, this is a "rivalry" right? So it only makes sense that there should be some trash talking going on. You're going to go at the Lakers, then I'll respond by going right back at the Blazers. Let me know when you guys do something important.

I guess that wouldn't include sexually assaulting someone in a hotel room, right?
(.............."allegedly".)

I realize it...I just don't understand it. Oh, and the 3rd grade called - they want their line back.

Well, er, right now we have rivalry envy (i.e, we're wannabe rivals). Still, there does seem to be a preponderance of hatred for all things Lakers on this board.
That being said, while I don't really care for any of the teams left, I think I'm finding myself leaning toward desire for a Laker/Piston final.
If I had to make a comparison between the Lakers and the Spurs right now, I'd generalize as follows:
Spurs: We're great. We deserve it. Arrogance.
Lakers: We've got Kobe and we're LA. We've really WANT it. Desire.
I think that gives the Lakers the edge in my book as far as the series and my vote. Although, in some ways its kind of like picking between Jeffrey Dahmer and Jack the Ripper. Ugh.

Read Real Social Dynamics. He's deflecting by showing that what you said doesn't bother him. Really he's admitted defeat. *deleted*

Re: Anybody else dislike the Spurs as much as the Lakers?
I don't like the Spurs, and while the Lakers have broken my heart more than any other team, I'm rooting for them to beat San Antonio.
I can't stand Manu and I still think that Popovich was an ******* the way he took over after acquiring Duncan. I think that Bowen is ridiculously dirty and I find their style of basketball incredibly boring.
I like Duncan and I like Parker, but I'm rooting for the Lakers.
Hopefully the Pistons can win it all... they're the only remaining team I actually can stand.

So dish away with your personal attacks while I watch my team play in the WCF Friday.

A Mod saying this? Interesting. This reeks of insecurity.
