Chad Ford's Draft Board mentions that we traded #36 Omer Asik to Chicago for 3 future 2nd round picks and #55 Mike Taylor to the LA Clippers for a future 2nd round pick.

Omer seems like the guy who could come over and contribute like Scola did this season.

But 3 future 2nds? Chicago has to REALLY REALLY like him. I mean REALLY.

whats the effin point? it is just going to be a carousel process each year..3 2nd rounders..why...get something that we can actually use.

Except Asik just signed a 5 year deal in Europe. 3 2nd round picks for a guy the Bulls can't touch for 3 years. Ooops.

Because major injuries happen. Someone goes down for 18 months, and we have 2nd rounders to draft a back-up.

You can never have enough assets.

Because eventually you turn multiple 2nd round picks in to a lower 1st round pick, then you turn your 1st rounder and another late first rounder to a lottery pick
