Bayless & Outlaw/Frye is better than Devin Harris and no Outlaw/Frye, yes?
Right?

I sure hope so. If there is a question mark on Bayless is how his defense is against fast point guards - something that Harris is pretty good at. Time will tell - but it sure looks sweet now.

What if we could use Bayless to get Devin Harris? What would people think of that?

Bayless for Harris straight up? I'd probably do that, but since the CBA requires salaries to match that means giving up somebody else, and at this point why do it?

I wouldn't. Bayless has no injury history yet. Harris does.

I'd prefer Devin Harris to Bayless/Outlaw/Frye. Harris is still young enough to perfectly fit in with Roy and the others and he's a great all-around player. There's a chance Bayless could be as good, but I'd trade Outlaw and Frye for the certainty.

I love Bayless on our team and would prefer just to not make any more trades. No more stepping stones. I think he will fit in perfectly.
I'm 100% content with our team right now, and our 15 man roster is just awesome (assuming we bring over Koponen).

Come on guys. Its not like we had a legitimate short at Harris in the first place. He is untouchable as Roy, Oden, and LMA.

Agreed. Of course, it's like asking whether I'd rather be given $1m or $1.5m... either way I'll be happy.

Absolutely. I had "pie in the sky" dreams of KP finding a way to add Harris or Mayo to the core, and without doing either he still increased my excitement about the team a lot.

Re: Bayless & Outlaw/Frye is better than Devin Harris and no Outlaw/Frye, yes?
Well Bayless is a better shooter from 3pt than Harris, which will be important when Oden/LMA get doubled in the post and we kick the ball around the circle to the open guy.
