Sounds good to me. Bayless is in a good spot where he isn't looked at as a savior or a huge contributor his first year as some of the other lottery picks.
He can grow into his role as Roy's sidekick in the backcourt, and take over when he's ready.

Sidenote: The story right after about Van Exel is pretty funny.
