Shock Jock radio will always create headlines and threads. (See Jerry Springer or Don Imus)But you can stimulate debate by throwing out a topic and then actually talking about it intellegently without always taking a side. He obviously says things he doesn't believe just for ratings. Personally I don't like that type of schtick because what he says is so ridiculous that it just doesn't stimulate my interest. He certainly is an intellegent guy and has excellent writing skills, I just don't respect his personal attacks, nor his lack of "Sports Knowledge".

Canzano is only ragging on the Blazers because he wants to project an image of "I do my own thing" despite the fact that the Blazers (basically) own the radio station he's on.

It's an attempt at squashing any "conflict of interest" stirrings that might pop up.

It is funny that the day before he was saying that they were under playing his effect. I listen to Bozano's show, but only because I can't stand Puke and Ropp. But I am getting tired of listening to a guy who sounds like he is getting kicked in the nuts for 3 hours. Dude, take some hormones.
