Sprewell and Houston are their main cogs. Camby and McDyess have been hurt, but every team has injuries and a good veteran team should win more than 34 games a year in the East. "Role players" like Eisely and Anderson are replacement-level players. And at their salaries they're rat poison.

I haven't read anything substantive about either player complaining, so I would say that IF either/both are being shopped, RP is being shopped because he's been in more serious legal trouble than any other Blazers and McInnis is being shopped because he's a pretty good player on a reasonable, short-term contract.
Let's compare that to why Eisely and Anderson are being shopped: because they're not very good and their contracts are ridiculous.
