Sprewell and Houston are their main cogs. Camby and McDyess have been hurt, but every team has injuries and a good veteran team should win more than 34 games a year in the East. "Role players" like Eisely and Anderson are replacement-level players. And at their salaries they're rat poison.

role players do not kvetch about playing time, and cause problems. Patterson and McInnis did. Why do you think they're both being shopped?
I haven't read anything substantive about either player complaining, so I would say that IF either/both are being shopped, RP is being shopped because he's been in more serious legal trouble than any other Blazers and McInnis is being shopped because he's a pretty good player on a reasonable, short-term contract.

Let's compare that to why Eisely and Anderson are being shopped: because they're not very good and their contracts are ridiculous.

Damon has a pretty untradable contract , but no way am I trading to get crappy players like Travis Knight in return .
Damon to the pacers makes more sense.
