More bad news for the Lakers
Apparently GP has a chance of doing jail time.

Lakers, Has a ring to it huh?
They are taking all the heat off the Blazers this summer.
*I know you were being funny, but they're called the "lakers", just as the our teams name is "trail blazers".

Keep in mind, in hoping for the "worst" for the Lakers you're either hoping that Payton and Bryant actually did do what they're accused of or you're hoping that they're innocent and go to prison anyway. Myself, while my second favorite team is often whoever's playing the Lakers on any given night, I'd like for the Blazers, Spurs, or anyone else who beats the Lakers to be beating them at full strength (in that I'm never happy about seeing a player injured) and regarding Payton and Bryant, (and Webber, etc.) I'm gonna hope the legal system does it's job appropriately, whatever that might be.
Honestly I'm saddened to see Blazer fans hoping to beat the Lakers due to any sort of misfortune for the team.

I never wished anything upon LA. I just remember all the times LA fans kept calling us 'JailBlazers' 'Nanny Stopper' "Potland' ect ect.

The Lakers are the New team Turmoil, The blazers have been good so far with the exceptios of Cheech Stoudamire. The lakers will never be the same IMO.

All good points, it's what I've been saying to a number of immature posters throughout this whole ordeal.
Immaturity goes both ways. I always steered clear of all that Jail Blazers crap, especially since the Portland Trail Blazers have been the best team, by far, to BasketballBoards.net. In my mind, they are doing everything humanly possible to clean up the mess, and I applaud them for that.
