Should we try and get 7-8th place? i am thinking we are gonna get 5th-6th but 7th or 8th would give us a higher draft pick. And we could always trade that pick and like DA to move higher in the draft couldn't we? I hope we could get a good PG or C. Maybe that guy from NC i forgot his name. We just seriously need to get a good draft pick. Because it seems that for th e next few years the only way we will get better is the draft. And i think that the blazers have top 3 draft team in NBA.

I think we are gonna shock alot of people how good we play this year , blazers still have talent they did what I thought they should have done for a long time and thinned out the talent

It depends what you mean by "try and get 7-8th place".

If you mean have the players that are in the game not try their absolute hardest to win, then absolutely not.

If you mean taking steps that could pay off in the future, such as giving Patterson's playing time to Woods, despite the fact Woods is less experienced and might struggle a little more, then absolutely.

"Try to get 7-8 seed" I don't think we'll have to 'try' , But that's where I think we'll end up regardless.
