Shoes are like the most important part of an outfit to me. They're the backbone for the whole ensemble.

What kinds of shoes do you guys typically wear?

I mostly wear Nike Dunks and Jordans...I've been trying to get more casual and laidback though...when I was younger I'd wear basketball shoes a lot.

What shoes are your grails, AKA shoes you'd do anything for?

Two shoes that I don't have that I'd give anything for:



Even though those are fake as hell..that's the best image I could find. You can wear those with just about anything. That's the perfect fallback shoe.



And for balling I've always wanted a pair of gloves. I remember when these first came out, noone that I remember had zipup shoes, these started that little fad. I could never get a pair cause by the time I could afford them myself I couldn't find them.

I have a pair of LeBron IVs and reissued T-Mac 2s in Red. I like the T-Macs more and they were cheaper!

Jordan XI ftw. I also like the Jordan IIs, IIIs, the Military Blue 4s and ... Maybe just about everyone of them.

But I'm not buying them.

I got about 30-35 pairs of sneakers. Slowed down on buying a lot lately, but I've been still looking to cop these:





They are both dropping soon, just gotta save up a few bucks. I have most of the stuff I really wanted, except for those 11s that Dre posted up.

I usually go with the casual look if I have on a pair of jeans or slacks, but I've been meaning to pick up a new pair of running shoes for working out and ****.

I find it interesting that Penny is seeing a second windfall with the rerelease and custom editions of these foamposites...a lot of athletes are probably lining up to be next on that trend.

Jordan started it with the retros, but the Foamposites are the closest thing to competing with them at this point

I already see the Iverson shoes coming back out now, I wonder who else

The Ewings are being retroed this summer might buy a pair.

They look too cartooney to me..but that's what people go for too so I could see it.

What brand is that under, or was that his own company?

Kind of, the brand is Ewing Athletics and the parent company is GPF Footwear LLC never heard of them but whatever.

What was supposed to be Kobe's first sigs with Nike the Huarache 2K4 are also being retroed this summer.
