Re: Hasheem Thabeet
Can't beleive this guy is viewed as a lottery pick. SO one dimensional, even for a 7 ft. guy, he's a terrible rebounder. Shotblocking is his only attribute worth noting. Everything else, bleh.

Almost certain he wont be coming out this year so we can mercifully not talk about him for another year. I dont see what the fuss is with this guy but i've been wrong before.

There shouldn't be a fuss about hima t all. People just look at his 7 ft.3 frame and shotblocking ability and compare him to Dikembe Mutombo. This guy needs all of the practice he can get.

This guy is straight up a scrub. He's not a basketball player, he's just very tall. Robinson, Adrien and Kelly are all much better basketball players then this guy is. He has a long way to go. If he went pro, he'd be on the bench for 5 years.

You're being kind, and Nbadraft.net keeps hanging in there with him, at least they could put him in next years draft. I guess they dont want to admit a mistake but its really hurting their credibility.

Fortunately for him, the NBA pays millions for such qualifications.

He's a freshman genius. You what Calhoun did with emeka in 3 years. Hasheem will be a stud in two years. Book it.

Can someone please explain to me why it is that our mock is the most criticized on the net? Just like we hurt our credibility by not putting Peter John Ramos in the top 15 of the draft.... I think on draft day we had him number 28. just like we had Podkolzine on draft day 20 when other had him in the top 10. The kid is a prospect here's why
Hasheem Thabeet 3.9BPG 6.3RPG 6.4PPG
Iakovos Tsakalidis 1st round 25th 1.5BPG 6.6RPG 9.1PPG
Mamadou N'Diaye 1st Round 26th 1.9BPG 7.9RPG 8.9PPG
Samuel Dalembert 1st Round 26th 2.1BPG 5.7RPG 8.3PPG
Pavel Podkolzin 1st Round 21st 0.4BPG 2.2RPG 1.8PPG
Johan Petro 1st Round 25th 0.6BPG 3.3RPG 6.1PPG
Hilston Armstrong 1st Round 12th 3.1BPG 6.6RPG 9.7PPG
I'm sure if I really looked I could find some more but how does he not look like a 1st round prospect.

Don't forget Saer Sene (#10). People just love to hate on hyped players that underproduced. They're delusional if they think, regardless of development/experience level, that if Thabeet declared this summer, that he's not a top 15-20 pick.
