BJ Mullens

He must of showed enough to get the top spot for the 2009 draft by Nbadraft.net, not a fan of annointing highschoolers before they step on a college campus but it'll be interesting to see how he does at OSU. Plenty of time for that spot to change hands several times.

Re: BJ Mullens

I like him. He has nice size.

even though Monroe is hometown kid. I still think Monroe will be the top pick.

Re: BJ Mullens

Just saw him play tonight at the rucker. The kid is going to be a solkid player. He isnt a stiff on the court and he gets up and down really well. Pretty athletic also. He goes to the right and left pretty easily but I didnt see much of a back to the basket game (its a all star game soooo) but yes he is going to do well in college

Better be more than solid if he's projected to be the top pick in 09 by Nbadrft.net.

that all depends on his work ethic. He is athletic for his size. He was doing 360 dunks during the warm ups, and like I said the kid can really get up and down the floor. To me he is better then robert swift or the kid down at texas a & m this year when they were the same age.

Just watched a replay of that game on ESPN2. This was the first whole game I've seen of his, granted it was an A/S game at Rucker. He has very nice athleticism for his size; the word 'bouncy' kept coming to mind. I don't know how many 7'0, 250lb guys are 'bouncy.' He showed some nice hands, too. It's easy to see why he's a potential #1 overall pick.
