Probably the best player you haven't seen play. Let's start with the physical attributes. He's 6-4 200 pounds which is excellent size for a PG at any level, and will probably get even bigger looking at his frame. Extremely quick off the dribble and can get in the lane any time he wants. Just look at how much he gets to the Free Throw Line and you will see what I mean. Also has above average leaping ability, have seen him throw down some nasty dunks over much larger opponents. The fact that he is only 19 years old is also a huge plus considering he has so much room to grow as a player

Skill wise he is a very special player. Has tremendous handles and a certain flavor that you might not expect, has some Sac Kings Jason Williams in his game which is a good and bad thing as his turnover numbers have been high, but that should drop as he gains experience. But he does bring a lot of excitement with some crazy behind the back passes that come from nowhere. Has great shooting numbers: 51% FG, 47% 3pt, 80% FT.

He's steadily getting better as the season continues. Scary to think about how good he could be by the time he's a Junior. Anyways, if you get a chance to watch him check him out. He's a special and intriguing young player.

I'm not sure how much of a point he is with a 0.66/1 AST/TO ratio. San Jose St isn't the most competitive school around, so big numbers from someone in that program wouldn't be too shocking.

Highly productive freshmen are always interesting, though. We'll see what happens with him.

I totally agree that he is in the remedial stages of learning to play PG in the NCAA. However, being a freshman gives hope for improvement. He's really a player you have to watch. Numbers aren't what make him special. His feel for the game combined with his quickness and skill shooting the ball are what make him special. He'll be 1st team All-Wac this year. By the time he's a soph. he could be scary good.
