You guys think he will enter the draft or stay?

I would think it's a toss up at this point. If he has a good tourney (both Pac-10 and NCAA), I'd say he bolt, especially with Malcolm Lee and Jrue Holliday coming in. If not, he should stay and try being a bigger part of the offense next year, along with Jrue.

Re: Russell Westbrook
If he stays next year, he could potentially be an All-American. He's that talented. He reminds me a lot of Gilbert Arenas.

I don't think he has quite the penetrating ability, or ball handling ability of Arenas.

Re: Russell Westbrook
If I'm him, I take the money this summer before Jrue comes in and steals the backcourt spotlight.

Re: Russell Westbrook
Well now, he's listed as a lottery prospect on ESPN's lottery projector. I'm pretty sure that if he keeps it up as he is now, he will bolt.

Re: Russell Westbrook
Do you guys really think he can run the point in the NBA? The right people have decided that, yes he can, and now he's a lottery pick. I'm not so sure.

Re: Russell Westbrook
I still stand by that he's Lindsey Hunter type on the pro level. Used for defensive purposes.

Re: Russell Westbrook
i'm still trying to figure out how westbrook is anything more than a backup guard for an nba team. i mean he can be a good defensive player coming off the bench, but do you take that with a lottery pick? i have to think there would be someone better there.

Re: Russell Westbrook
I don't think he is a better prospect than Collison at all.

Re: Russell Westbrook
I just don't know what happened here. One day Givony and Ford get on the phone together and say "you know what, he can run an NBA team!" and now he's a lottery pick? If he's an NBA Caliber starting point guard, I sure as hell haven't seen it. He has a lot of qualities that Collison doesn't, but none of those are point guard qualities. Ron Artest can do a lot more than Steve Nash, but that doesn't make him a point guard.
EDIT: Apologies to Draft Express who do not have Westbrook in their 2008 First Round. Nbadraft.net however, has him in their top 10.
