“I'm definitely feelin' Kentucky,” Leslie said. “You have some of the greatest fans around here. I feel the love.”
Leslie had plenty of people to impress. Besides the fans, UK coach John Calipari, assistants Orlando Antigua and Rod Strickland and almost the entire team showed up Friday and returned Saturday.
“That's love right there, my former point guard and the coach and the rest of the team coming to the game,” Leslie said. “I liked that.”
Leslie said he “hasn't narrowed” his list of schools and mentioned Kentucky, Florida, Connecticut, Oregon and North Carolina State. He said Wall is doing some recruiting on UK's part.
“Kentucky definitely has another recruiter in their team,” Leslie said. “He's having fun, and he's telling me basically I can do the same thing. He really wants me to come. Kentucky is high on my list.”
He is really leaning towards Kentucky from everything I heard but that might change when Wall officialy announces that he is leaving for the draft
Also, didnt Calipari hire one of Walls former coaches or something to get him to Kentucky??
And if so does that person have any connection to Leslie also?

Leslie has always been thought of as a Kentucky leaner since he played high school ball last year with John Wall, but Kentucky insiders seem to think that rather than take Leslie, John Calipari will go to Oregon for a two-for-one, landing Terrence Jones (6-9, 215, Portland, OR Jefferson #13 ESPNU 100) and Terrence Ross (6-6, 190, Portland, OR Jefferson #26 ESPNU 100). Those same Kentucky insiders say that Calipari thinks Jones is a better fit in his offense and a tougher defender, plus by landing Jones, Kentucky gets a player in Ross who is just as comfortable at the shooting guard as the small forward.
...
Barring a charm job for the ages by Calipari, Jones and Leslie won’t be playing on the same team, which would mean it will be a Florida-North Carolina State decision for Leslie.
