Is it just me or is he really horrible at teaching fundamentals? It seems like all the players the Kings draft that leave the Kings, after about 1/2 - 1 season, they are suddenly better in many areas. This happened to JWill and Hedo. Hubie calmed JWill down to have a great A/To ratio and Hedo suddenly got defense installed into him. I guess he just tries to make the most of the natuaral talent that his players have instead of worrying about the basics, but IMO that's why the Kings haven't won a championship.

Im not sure if fundamentals is what you mean. Jason Williams matured as hes been in the league and Hubie is a GREAT coach so that example may not be the best. Hedo probably always had defense but when do the Kings really play defense. He goes to the Spurs a very defensive oriented team and there you go. Also other peoples D probably made his look better. I dont know if Adelman can get the full potential out of his players sometimes myself though.
