I couldn't get the numbers in, but for those too lazy to count it says he should be picked Number 16

So who is Ricky Minard? Why can he be ranked this highly? Minard is the classic case of the small town player that was overlooked. ...Minard somehow slipped to Morehead Kentucky and coach Kyle Macy. …A rare scorer that also has more assists than turnovers, Minard was Player of the Year in the Ohio Valley Conference as a Junior. He is a shooting guard that I think can also play some spot Point. He slashes to basket and can finish with either hand. He is aggressive offensively and will force the issue. Minard reached 2,000 points for his college career on Jan. 10, 2004. ...Honorable mention All-American as a Jr. ...OVC first-team as a sophomore and the Freshman of the Year in 2001. ...I like Ricky Minard. He can shoot, rebound and pass. He is enthusiastic, and understands his team's offense well. Shows leadership skills. He works hard defensively, and moves his feet very quickly. In my opinion, Minard will need to improve his ball-handling. Ala, Mitch Richmond, a fine guard, Minard is prone to dribble the ball off his own leg. He shoot free throws well. Minard will need to be more aware of where the ball is on defense. We saw him get caught with head turned twice in the same game. ...Averaged 22 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists as a junior in the OVC. ...He averaged 22.5 points, 6.2 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.2 steals per game. The Eagles were 20-9 and won a share of the Ohio Valley Conference title for the first time since the 1983-84 season. ...Bottom line. If you back off him he'll punish you. He works on defense. He is a good and accurate passer and shooter. ...Standing reach is 8' 5.5".

In 2003 this site had Marquis Daniels ranked 17'th and Josh Howard ranked 7'th... Not bad foresight

That is interesting, thanks for the info. The Kings were considering taking him in the first round, but the highest I saw him on a mock draft was in the low 30's in the second round.
I can't wait to see him (and Martin and Bluth) play this year

I've seen that guy's website before and it smells like :cthread: to me. He just makes a whole bunch of really crazy predictions and then brags about the few of them that turn out to be right, but if you actually look at his website, he's wrong about almost everything.
For example, all of these look beyond questionable at this point:
Michael Sweetney #3
Ndudi Ebi #8
Chris Bosh #11
Troy Bell #12
Chris Massie #16
Malick Badiane #19
Kirk Hinrich #20
James Lang #25
Marquis Estill #27
Joe Shipp #28
Szymon Szewcyzk #29
Mickael Pietrus UD
