yeah it was a hell of a ride, he was there when this team was at there very best. I really loved his playing style and i think hes just a great person. Hopefully he can become an assistant coach with the team or sumthin.

If only he would have done this a year ago, he would have saved himself an injury plagued season, and he wouldn't have gone to the Lakers...

If it was the NBA HOF then he wouldn't make it, but it's the Basketball HOF, and he deserves to be in it because of his international impact.

At least he got some money from the Lakers

I hate the basketball hall of fame, they put too many coaches and foreign players in there compared to the best players in NBA history, no reason Red Kerr, a good player, coach, and announcer can't make it, Domnique Wilkens, great player assistant coach, yet all these weird people that most haven't heard about get in, its ridiculous when not even 1 player gets in from the NBA. Its the worst hall of fame in all of sports.

Yeah, I almost put in my original post that he did get a cool 5 mill from the Lakers and only played a handful of game for it.

Truthfully, I wish the NBA had it's own hall of fame, because Wilkins (and some other noteable players) should be in on their first ballot, not left out all together. But I'm glad the HOF for all of Basketball give Vlade a chance.
