Starting Lineup

What do you guys envision the starting lineup as?

Miller
Thomas
Artest
KMART
Bibby

Anyone have any different ideas on what the starting 5 will be?

Re: Starting Lineup

Ron?

Bibby, Brad, and Ron are set in stone. KMart is probably a shoe-in too. The only real question mark is the 4. I liked Shareef off the bench last season, but he is better than K9 and I doubt Muss will put up with Kenny's "I like to be a starter" act. But that lineup can't rebound... And Kenny and Shareef hate eachother. Could get interesting.

Re: Starting Lineup

God I hope we don't have to see Kenny start again. I love his rebounding but he is just too undersized and his offense really dropped off last year. Miller, SAR, Artest, Martin and Bibby will probably be the starters. I don't think the rebounding will be that bad becuase having Ron Ron guard the perimeter will mean our bigs won't have to help out as much and can stay near the basket and box out for rebounds.

I like Shareef coming off the bench just for the simple fact that he has more of an offensive game then Kenny which can be a spark off the bench.

Come to think of it...Salmons and Shareef off the bench is a pretty good duo.

True. But it is good to have a sloid spark off the bench. Thomas wouldn't bring that near as much as Shareef.

Re: Starting Lineup

Mike Bibby
Kevin Martin
Ron Artest
Kenny Thomas
Brad Miller

Why? Thomas is a low post player which you need next to Miller who is more so pereimter oriented.

Re: Starting Lineup

Thats what I was thinking. SAR could start, but he is probably better off the bench just so there isn't (as big of) a drop off when the starters start come out.
