The Kings lose a close one on the road, 97-102. As SAR and Martin had very nice statistical games. Any reason why Brad Miller didn't play?

I know he missed the previous game due to 'personal reasons'. I haven't bothered looking up what those were. I imagine he didn't follow the team to NY for the same reasons.
