the st.paul pioneer press reports that the wolves are interested in signing veteran free agent guard jim jackson of the kings. they may offer him the veteran's minimum (1.07 mill) or 1.5 mill salary cap exeption.

The Kings will offer him the veterans minimum so I guess it comes down to which team is a better fit for him
Has there been any news in Sacramento on where JJ is heading?
It seemed that Minnesota was interested a week or so ago, but I have not heard any news since.

The only news is that the Keon Clark trade was to free up room and they would now be able to sign Jim Jackson. I haven't heard anything about there be talks between the Kings managment and Jackson's agent, though.
