Portland is looking for a salary cap expert to hire as Blazers' President. Their first job would be to figure out our salary cap situation. After that they would have two jobs, they would be in charge of offering contracts to free agents, although I would still want them to check in with me, and any trade offers that are sent to us or any trade offers that we are thinking about sending out are sent to them for advice on how the trade would affect our salary cap situation.
