www.hoopshype.com/salaries.htm

There is a more exact and better one out there, but I don't remember it. In general, this one is pretty darn good though.

What would be really nice is a salary site with a page (like the hoopshype page) that projects salaries out for 6 yerars but also includes prior salaries, so you could easily determine the trade value of base year compensation players. I also wish the hoopshype folks would update their site. The information there does not reflect the correct data for several players with multi-year deals.

Patricia's has the best data, but is hard to use. HoopsHype is easy to use, but they only include "official" contracts that does not reflect extensions that have not been announced. For example, Magloire of New Orleans on HoopsHype does not reflect the extension he signed late last year.

Patricia's is hard to use because it does not reflect how the contract is structured and what the per year cap implications are. But it does show how the original contract for the player was set up.

Hoopshype doesn't have the Magloire signing, but actually I don't think anyone does. I didn't hear anything at the time on the numbers and I looked a few weeks ago on search engines and they all just say "terms not disclosed". I'd like to know what he got.

Anyone have an idea?
