The new cap will be anounced this July - the moratorium on free agent signings ends on July 14th, so probably a day or two before that.

Everything I've read predicts a modest raise in the Salary Cap - I'd say that $45 million is probably a good guess. I think this is the figure that NCBullsFan puts forward as his best guess (of course he'll probably come on and give a more precise answer...)
