I think Wilcox is worth keeping until someone vastly superior appears.
And I wouldn't want Mayo or Gordon, I think you need a decent sized SG that can defend well. Of the two, I see Gordon as more likely - he seems better character wise.
A pure point would help too (if you're not planning on keeping Ridnour)

Taking a chance on Maggette might pay off tho. He's shown he can be a very very solid 1st or 2nd option, if given the chance in Clipper-land. He's been offered to everyone, meaning maybe they could get out of it giving up less (maybe even Sexyback and a future 1st?). If he pays off, he could be a nice SG for them; good defender, create his own shot, go-to guy until Durant starts to shine. It could be great.
