There is no doubt in my mind that he can be a starting 2 guard for the sonics. He can defend and he is in the western conference now so he could become the full player he didn't totally become in Boston. I am not hearing much buzz about West in sonicland lately. I got news for you, you'll be laughing your asses off if you hear an interview with him in it thats for sure.
If he starts, his numbers will be 13/5/6.

Durant is simply not ready to start, he is much like Gerald Green imo and won't be all hes cracked up to be.

BenDavis, you lose all credibility for insulting me. Durant has proven **** and I expect him to put up Gerald Greens numbers from last season. Not his rookie yr bare in mind but last seasons stats which was like 9.1ppg, 0.8 apg and 2-3 rpg. I cannot see better than that from Durant I'm sorry.

I go to Reno on vacation with my lovely bride J-Mac, and this is what I find what I check the Sonics forum after returning home.

I have no idea what West is going to give us this season, but I do have pretty high expectations for #35. Durant will likely start and will get allot of minutes on the hardwood at multiple positions. We need production from him and he will have every opportunity to contribute.
