Wally Szczerbiak or Kyle Korver?

Both of them are sharp shooting white guys who can't do much else. Who would you pick?

Re: Wally Szczerbiak or Kyle Korver?

kyle korver will be in the league longer since he's much younger, and much healthier. he also has underrated passing skills and is the better shooter.

wally's a pretty good shooter too but not as good as korver i would say. he is better at creating his own shot however, with the little athletism he has left. he's perhaps the better all-around player and despite his injuries he's still more athletic than kyle(which isn't saying much).

it really depends on the direction of the team. wally's on the last couple of years of his prime while korver should continue to get better, but he'll always be rather one dimensional.

It's been ten years, and I say if Michael Jordan chose to still play the game of basketball, he'd dominate.

Re: Wally Szczerbiak or Kyle Korver?

Dunno. Don't watch a lot of Sixers games. Szerbiak can frustrate sometimes because he tries to do too much. For a bad team, Wally can do more. For a good team, you want Korver because he plays within his role. I don't think the gap between their shooting abilities are even relevant, because once you're that good everything is a toss-up.
