We hardly knew ya, Kurt.
So. He's gone. I'd provide a link but you can just check espn or realgm. We get good ol Barry back and Elson.
Barry's return would be more celebrated but nobody really gives a **** about this team now. On top of that, there's rumors he'll be bought out and sign back, like what Stackhouse was supposed to do. That's fine. I don't really care.
And Franciso Elson. Looks like Mikki Moore, and probably plays like him. Expiring contract, and I don't expect him to re-sign. Don't care if he does.
And we get a bottom 1st rounder. Yippe-kai-mother****ing-yay.
Excuse me while I go root for a team that doesn't leave its city after 40 years, a championship, six retired jerseys, and a whole lotta memories just because they don't get a free arena.
Because arenas are handed out like hotcakes. Here, have an arena. On the house. Don't worry, it's cool. I got like six of them in my pocket.

Re: We hardly knew ya, Kurt.
PJ was planning to cut Kurt's minutes so that Swiftie could get in more playing time. Frankly, we have no idea what Swiftie can do and I believe that he is in hte last year of his rookie contract. So give him minutes and see if he is worth re-signing.
Dunno how soon Barry will be able to play again. But hey, Francisco! That's fun to say!

Re: We hardly knew ya, Kurt.
I think Francisco is our best 7 footer. And I don't think Barry will play for us.
Swift blows. Even before that injury he didn't do anything well. I actually think skinny Swift was a better contributor to giant Swift. Skinny Swift has suprising end-to-end speed. Giant Swift is just another replaceable big man with no outstanding quality.

Man I hate Robert Swift.. So much.
I actually had hope he'd come back and be solid/consistent after that injury but lol, he's been pathetic..

Re: We hardly knew ya, Kurt.
Goodbye, Wally. Goodbye, Delonte. We hardly knew ya.
Hello, Ira Newble. I saw you play for Cleveland a little bit, and you're a decent role player. You rebound a little, defend a little, and do a bit of everything. I like you, and hope you do well. Just stay away from taking shots, and you'll be alright. Welcome to the team.
Hello, Adrian Griffin. I like you. You're strong, and you're the toughest wing player we have. I like your leadership. Maybe you can help Durant and Green do slightly better. Welcome to the team.
Hello, Donyell Marshall. You were once a coveted asset, and I remember when we considered trading Vlade Radmanovic for you. That was two years ago, when you were a post player. Now, you suck. You don't post up anymore. All you do is take wide open threes that's created by Lebron. You didn't hit them in Cleveland, and there's no reason to believe you will hit them here. I don't like you. Expire soon.

Re: We hardly knew ya, Kurt.
Watson/Ridnour/Gelebale
Durant/Griffin/Barry
Green/Wilkins/Newble
Wilcox/Collison/Marshall
Petro/Swift/Elson/Sene/James/Booth/Potapenko/Drobjnak/Oyedeji/MacIlvaine
Now that I think of it, Kurt Thomas was our last great full-time center.
Goodbye, Kurt Thomas. You were the greatest center we've had this decade.
