Roko Lenu Ukic?

What do you people out there think of him?
How high do you think he'll go in next years draft? I personally think top 20 or with 25 at least. He looks like he can be a real star if he develops well and bulks up. This kid has mad handle and can pass to boot. Has great potential. Hope he becomes a star pg cos at 6'6 reportedly more lke 6'5 he'll be a rare tall pg with his great handles.
Any one got any thoughts on this prospect?

It all depends on what team drafts him. If he goes to a team where there is already a good PG then he won't see a lot of PT unless he turns into a SG. If a team like the Raptors draft him he could see a lot of PT since they have no decent PG.

I like him, he probaly would have been a late first rounder this year. There will be less high schoolers next year, but there may be more foreigners for that reason. I dont think it is a stretch to call him a Top 20 player.

Offense:

Makes smart decisions; is a pure PG

Sometimes gets a little too cocky and makes some boneheaded decisions, he is still young though, he looks like 14 in his picture.

Decent jumpshooter, and is good at the 3

Good at penetrating

Defense:

Schooled Sebastian Telfair and Devin Harris

Quick and long hands, should help at stealing

Skinny, may get pushed around by the more muscular PGs if he doesn't gain more muscle

pacers fan i like what u said about him, where did he school telfair and harris by the way?
This may be taking it too far too early but there is a chance at him developing to be nearly as good as the late great Drazen Petrovic.
They both would have roughly the same height, if Roko Lenu bulks up same sorta body, same skills if he continues to develop and if he can improve his 3 heaps there is no question of him becoming the future of Croatian basketball.
Hopefully he can develope the same positive attitude and hard working ethic like Petrovic and hopefully he shares the same passion and love for the game.

He sounds like another foreign point guard who would do well in a system like the Spurs or Jazz, with a lot of cutting and ball movement.

I think he schooled Telfair in a 2 on 2 game and Harris in a workout which may have included a 2 on 2 game.

I doubt it. I'm probably as big a Roko fan as you'll ever find but he's no Drazen. I don't think there'll be another player that's as good as Drazen with his same skill set within the next 20 years.
Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Drazen like 6'9'' and Roko 6'5'' now? There's a difference.

Pacers fan i agree with you Drazen was a special player a unique player. If Roko leni gets anywhere near to half as good as him thatll be good.
Just to correct you Drazen was 6'5 this link has a good short bio on this Hall of Famer ->

Man, he always seemed so tall, maybe it was just the average height back then that made him seem that way.
