If the match is more important, go to Milan. If the city is more important, I'd go with Istanbul or Munich (Milan is still a great city). Also, since you're partial to the Old Lady, why not see them in action? I would love to see Inter live. The only non MLS or US soccer matches I've seen in person were Barcelona vs. Chivas Guadalajara @ the Coliseum and Davids/Thuram/Wiltord vs. Henry/Totti/Nakata @ a strip mall during the Nike Soccer tour prior to the '02 WC.
The way I see it if you prefer possession and counterattacking football, go with the Derby d'Italia. If you prefer something more fast paced go with Bayern vs. Leverkusen or Lyon vs. PSG.
