he's no-where near gattuso's level imo, but there's not a lot of people who are. if he settles down well he can be a nice player for you guys, but he wont be a match winner.

he could. if he can play for milan as well as he did this season for arsenal. the problem is, he has had only one good season as a midfielder so far - I guess that's the reason why wenger wasn't willing to pay him what milan did.
earlier he was kind of a "headless chicken" -type of player, who often hustled himself out of the play. this last season he seemed to play lot smarter. and was therefore able to displace gilberto from the arsenal starting eleven.
his style of play is very similar to that of gattuso's. high workrate, maybe a little better with the ball but not as good tactically as the italian. which could obviously be a problem in italy.

yeah, only when i see the money I would believe but there is a big chance that Gattuso will leave.
Thanks guys for the info, lol, finding replacement is hard, where is the time machine so I can make Milan's roster younger by 3,4 years and we are all set

Re: Summer Transfers/Loans - Rumours
Well, thank you Philipp for making me look stupid . Rumour has it Lahm just extended his contract with Bayern through 2012. According to the "Süddeutschen Zeitung" a long discussion with Klinsmann and the current optimistic outlook at Bayern have changed his mind. While I wouldn't put it past Klinsamnn to have such an impact - he had a similiar one over the NT back in 06 - it can probably also translated as "Klinsmann wanted to hold Lahm under any circumstance and management is now paying through their nose to satisfy him".

Supposedly Mark Viduka may be headed to DC United and both the Galaxy and the new Seattle franchises have made offers to Thierry Henry.

and Villa's attempt to procure Steve Sidwell from Chelsea drags on with all the alacrity of Mark Viduka on sedatives. He's off to play for DC United in the MLS, by the way.

Nevermind. Steve Goff says that the team hasn't even been in contact w/ Viduka.

SBI has said repeated that Henry likes New York and would go there, but probably not any other MLS franchise. I also highly doubt that he goes at this point. He's still only 30.
