Re: Summer Transfers/Loans - Rumours
Mancini from Roma to Inter for Mourinho's first signing. Mancini is a very good player and he should do well in Mourinho's side. But, I was hoping for a truly elite winger, since all the until this signing the best the Nerazurri have at the position are Jimenez, who is more comfortable in the middle of the pitch, and an aging, oft-injured Figo. I guess an out of position Zanetti as well. Anyways, let's see what other tweaks Mourinho makes to the roster. There should be one or two more moves.
And I have still yet to become a supporter of a team in the Premiership, but if Aguero goes to United, I might be forced to. It will annoy me greatly, since all the Man U fans I go to school with are totally inept when it comes to the beautiful game. They just root for their team and only care about the weekend results of the Big 4, let alone different leagues. They are poor judges of talent for even players on their own team. Then again, those same fans exist for the other Big 4 clubs, Real Madrid, and Barcelona as well. Still, it's doubtful Aguero moves. He's staying at Atletico Madrid for at least one more season.

Hleb to sign for Barcelona tomorrow pending a medical. Gilberto Silva signs for Panathinaikos for 1 million Euros. Arsenal interested in both Barry and Arshavin.

Re: Summer Transfers/Loans - Rumours
I just really dont understand that why Real Madrid has that attraction?
Of course Real had a great tradition but **** that, Man U is a very big club too, has the most fans in the world? Im sure it is not that far off but what does he expect to leave Man U for Real? A couple millions in the bank?
And there are a couples of ManU fans in here, could you tell me how you feel about him now?

Well...Real Madrid isn't in England.
If you're Portugese and you're the best player in the world and you could play for any team you want, would you rather be in Manchester or Madrid?

You have seen matches from both countries, right?
Besides, if Ronaldo goes to Madrid, he's the man there. If he stays with Man U, the English media has him playing second fiddle to the horribly overrated Rooney.

I think every member of the English media believes Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player in the world.
