Re: Summer Transfers/Loans - Rumours
Volcom I'll be perfectly honest with you. I didn't expect anyone to take me literally ... it was just a somewhat humorous side comment because Arsenal have a reputation in recent years (largely amongst the British press which is pretty much all I read). I'm a Liverpool fan. Taking shots Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, and Everton (especially) is what I do.
Good luck to your Gunners though. Hopefully they can get a top 4 finish.

Re: Summer Transfers/Loans - Rumours
Milan just brought back SHEVAAA, wwooo now Serie A is dead under SHEVAAA's heel!!!
not really :P
But with Inzaghi injury prone, Boriello injured, Pato too young, he could came back and do some positives things.

Re: Summer Transfers/Loans - Rumours
It is on Goal.crap that Milan loaned Senderos for 1 year with option to buy, they said it is oficial too but I dont see it in the Milan official site, maybe they just too lazy to update? lol
But someone please tell me more about Senderos?
23 years old, tall, strong, mistake prone?

Basically. Can be a good player, will work well with older more honed proffesionals who can force him to keep his focus.
My sites aren't mentioning this switch though neither, but maybe Goal has the inside scoop.

I don't see why Milan won't just buy a proven quality CB, I know they are losing major revenue from not making the CL but they aren't exactly strap for cash. Senderos is meh, but you never know, Pascal Cygan has looked like a champion for Villareal.
Actually AC Milan should've just went after Vincent Kompany, Manchester City just bought him for cheap and he looked great in his debut yesterday.

Re: Summer Transfers/Loans - Rumours
Senderos is no big loss. Has some decent games, but is mentally weak and makes a lot of mistakes.
Galatasaray sign Milan Baros. Okay player, not sure if he's an upgrade over what Galatasaray has. They have made some decent signings, and Harry Kewell and Cassio Lincoln have looked good so far this season. Huge game tomorrow versus Steaua. Will clearly make or break this season for them.

Re: Summer Transfers/Loans - Rumours
Arshavin must be going to Spurs now. Supposadely Zenit doesn't even really care about the money as they have been generating tons through winning the UEFA Cup, being in the CL this year, and having connections to a large oil conglomerate.

Re: Summer Transfers/Loans - Rumours
wow just wow, this has been an insane final transfer day with Manchester City striking the most surprising deal in history landing Robinho for a British record fee of 32.5 million and possibly as high as 34...
still waiting anxiously on the announcement for the Berbatov to Manchester United deal
