Re: Euro 2012
David Villa broke his leg at the Club World Cup earlier today, out 6-7 months, which means he could struggle to get back in time for the Euro's. Of course they have different options, could easily just play Silva in the faux number 9 role, with Pedro and Iniesta either side of him, but Villa was important for this Spain side. I doubt they'll put their faith in Torres.
Anyway, I'm guessing a Germany vs Holland final, with Germany winning the whole thing. |

Re: Euro 2012
Yeah, the last game (or two?) on his suspension has been suspended for 4 years.
Not that I particularly care. Lost interest in national football a long time ago when I realised it was media hype then downfall. And they showed some stats on TV the other day that we play a lot better without Rooney anyway, and he hasn't scored since 2004, in a Euro/WC finals match. |
