Barcelona have already paid in the area of 10m for Neymar. The guy ain't going to City.

Isco is absolutely nasty. I'm curious who is going to get him. Malaga have a lot of money, but the Spanish FA have suspended them from European Play next year for not meeting their debt obligations. If this was 2-5 years ago, I'd assume Milan, but they are claiming poverty. Wouldn't surprise me to see him in Italy though, and obviously not in England. Don't think United or City have much use for him with Kagawa and Oscar, but I could definitely see City or even Arsenal (if they actually shell out the cash).

Cazorla-Isco-Oxlade is a pretty good trio.

But ya im hoping City makes a big move on Isco. Sucks it wont be a winter move since they need a few players with Yaya going to play in the African Cup but a Summer window where they get Isco and Neymar would be amazing

Barcelona reached an agreement with Santos last season in order to sign Neymar. Sandro Rosell travelled to Brazil in person to put a stop to the imminent signing of the player by Real Madrid. The Barcelona president managed to tie down Neymar.

He committed to paying €40 million to sign the player in the summer of 2013 or in 2014. Until then, he may continue to play for the Brazilian club, allowing him to be there until the World Cup is played.

In order to convince Santos to sign the agreement, Barcelona put down a €10-million advance towards the full price of the transfer. A penalty clause was also signed to prevent the Brazilian club from giving in to pressure from other possible buyers.
The cost of reneging on the agreement is €40 million – a sum which would scare off any other attempts at a purchase.

However, Real Madrid and Manchester City are looking into the possibility of signing the Brazilian footballer, and are studying the validity of the contract. According to some legal experts, if the document is brought before a court, it could be declared null and void.

Highly unlikely. I've heard that Dortmund will sign replacements for Lewandowski and Piszczek this winter because both are likely to move on in the summer. REALLY don't expect it to be as big of a move as Isco, and anyway I don't think Dortmund see Reus as a full time striker.

Even if that contract is thrown out, Santos are still likely to honor the agreement. They pocketed 10m from it already and this would strain their relationship with Barcelona, who are one of the few clubs who will shell out a massive fee for the next wonderkid they produce.

Don't see who they could get this winter really. My cousin here in Germany said the rumors lately have been Lewa to the Serie A(he doesn't remember if it was Juventus or Inter) for over 30 million euros.

I could see them making a run at trying to steal Llorente away from Juventus, but most likely it will be someone from a lower league. Lewandowski came from the Polish league only like 2 years ago.

If they're going to make big bank on a Lewandowski tranfer, why not spend that money for his replacement then?

Exactly, German clubs outside of Bayern Munich don't spend that kind of money and especially not on foreign players. They are very smart financially and will find gems. Heck they bought Kagawa for 350,000 euros and paid 4.5 million for Lewandowski.
