It's official: Hopkins 6-1 senior guard Jadee Jones, who is a big-time shooter, committed to Furman University.

6-1 guard Jadee Jones of Minnetonka (MN) Hopkins is one of the top shooter in the state for the class of 2004. He set a Minneapolis De LaSalle school record as a junior with ten three-pointers in a game. His previous head coach at De LaSalle, Dave Thorson, a former Minnesota Gopher assistant, calls Jones the best pure shooter he has coached. Jones recently transferred to Hopkins for his senior season. He has led his team to the Minnesota Class AA Championship game and he averaged a team-high 16.1 points per game. Jones plays for the Howard Pulley Panthers AAU team.
