I just got one of those new Nike freestyle balls, it's red, white, and blue, and yeah, it's grip is incredible so it make one-handed dunking easier for guys with smaller hands.

i can dunk..pretty good i can do alot of dunks but i still can get it under my legs..i am 19 now and i am 6'9 almost 6'10 and i could dunk when i was 14 i was 6'3 so i have been workin on dunking for awhile now..

Yeah me and a couple of guys were doing that, but the rim was only at 9, you know, we needed extra hangtime for extra fancy. But then we put it on the computer and just about 20 seconds was more than a megabyte!

im a 6'3 white kid, and i can dunk, im only 130lbs though, but hey, im just 16 and i play varsity, people trash talk to me a lot though, one time i was in a little pushfest under the hoop in a game, and one of my opponents said to his teamate "Careful, you might break him."
