I can palm it, but just not well. I also go off of 2 feet, so I need more control of the ball because of the abrupt stop before I jump. If I dunk off of one foot I always use one hand, but I'm not as consistent that way.

Whatever though, it looks more impressive if you use two hands cause you can hang around for a while.

Out of curiousity, what's your vertical? It must be pretty big if you use two hands, and are 5'10". Mine's about 29", and I'm 6 or 7 inches taller, so you must be able to jump!

ya i'm 17 and i got like a 30 inch vert and i'm 6 foot 1......i can dunk one handed, two handed and i can do a one or two handed reverse.....im workin on more tho

Im 17 and Im 6'3" after I play a couple of games my legs are warmed up and can dunk. My all-time favorite kind of dunk are put-back dunks. I like to model my game after Kenyon Martin. I have a quick first step which I always use.

i'm 6 foot 1 and can do a one or two handed dunk easily on 10 feet......i can sometimes do a two handed reverse but i'm workin on it.......i've measured my vert. and its about 30......i'm a white boy too

only kidding i can dunk most of the time depending how good a grip on the ball i can get! i'm about 6'3"!
