i benchpress 170, i have a 30' vert, im the fastest (and best) player on my team
im still really young, and i had huge growth spurts (1 foot in 1 summer) so i think in two or three years when i fill out ill be ok

i have no real way of measuring my vert, so im not accurate, i estimate, if the basket is 10 feet up, im 6'3 and i can almost touch the top of the square if i try really hard and im warmed up, thats about 26-33 inchs about i would say

and when i said 170, i said that because i didnt think many would believe me, i can actually benchpress 180 as my maximum, but i cant do 12 reps at 180
in the off-season i do 10reps at 160 for 3 sets (doing too much i could get hurt)
during season i bench 130 at 12reps for 2 sets
