i dont know if this comes up on this board a lot but are you into the AND 1 stuff? ive watched the vol. 4 tape and ive only seen that ONE 4 times. i get pumped up watching it. anybody here that can do those moves? i love it.

I love those tapes...I only have the Volume 2 Remix, but I've seen a couple of the others...anyone know where i can get some more?

You can easily download them off KaZaa, a file-sharing program, but beware of the spyware and other crud that comes with the program.

I was able to get about 4 or 5 different mix tapes off there and burn them onto some blank CDs. They were lengthy, too.
