Who will be the biggest surprise and the biggest disappointment in the SBC next season? I will vote for Denver as the biggest surprise, and I'll take a longshot guess on MTSU as the biggest disappointment, don't ask me why.

I think we will find continued disappointment in Arkansas St until Dickie Nutt leaves. FIU I don't except to have much of a season. I am really interested in seeing how some of our Sophomore coaches are going to do at MTSU and USA. MTSU has a cake schedule this year, that and all Kermit Davis' JUCOS should spell success for them. I think we will see another year of talent wasted at UL under their coach. You definitely have to wonder how much longer Lou has at NMSU... the man is OLD! I hope to see more from UNT and like you, I think Denver will be a suprise team. I have question marks for UNT, UNO and UALR... we'll just have to see.

I am hopeful that FIU and ASU will be among the pleasant surprises this season. Both have had some really hard hits from injuries the last couple of years. ASU has so many new faces that it is hard to judge there, but they do appear to have some legit incoming talent. If Taurance Johnson comes back, he could make FIU better just by himself.
