OT: Championship World Series Tour [soccer]
Tonight at Skydome Porto vs Liverpool
Should be a good game and for the first time ever there is going to be real grass in the Skydome!!
Is anyone else going tonight?

Mexico and US are quite good in soccer.....just not Canada, cuz we don't have real soccer clubs here.....maybe we do, but just not as big....

In Canada, there are more amateur soccer teams than any other sport, even hockey.. The reason why hockey is so popular is because since no one else plays it, Canada is better than most countries at it.. It's all about how it is portrayed in the media, look around, you will realize that a lot more people play soccer than hockey... Canada has to setup it's own club teams so they can attract more people to the sport... We barely hear anything about soccer outside of the Euro and World Cup competitions..
And no Madman, I was going to goto the Galatasaray vs Porto game in New Jersey, but my friend is not back from his vacation.. Maybe next year...

WOW what a game even though i was cheering for Liverpool
the skydome looked really wierd without the dimond and astroturf

i thought soccer was boring, til i saw a Euro game live. It is so intense, even though only a couple of goals are scored a game, whenever the ball is 20 yards from the net the game is so tense. its great i love soccer on tv on now since seeing it in person..

As a Brazilian AND a soccer fan... i gotta say you just said my whole filosophy on soccer... It's a really exciting game when you have good players and famous clubs... and of course... a excited croud... Try living in the soccer country where every city has at least 3 soccer teams! It's perfect!
I love Basketball and American Football! I hate Baseball tough... i soo spleepy... 
Thsi whole "There's only a couple of scores in the whole game" is really stupid...
