It's in Kensington Market.

Easy, do you have Microsoft Office Picture Manager? You probably do if you have Mircosoft Office. You can also use Photoshop, but it's easier in MOPM.

Open your file/ choose edit picture (on right hand side) / select custom dimensions (second option I think) / enter 150 in the first field (or any # for that matter, but if you making an avy then do this) / then enter 150 in the second.

The program will automatically adjust the dimensions to make sure the image isn't warped. Then just 'save' or 'save as'.
