If you have an avatar that you made or found on the internet and would like to use instead of the database avatars supplied by this forum, is it possible...or is just for moderators and administrators...or whats the deal?

Hmm... if you've already paid but it doesn't show up then you should contact an admin. But from what it looks like you're not currently a supporting member.
